  This place is hit or miss with wait times. You must park on the street with the other 20 trucks they scheduled at 9 AM exactly like you, then take a long hike to the gate to check in. So, get here at least 2 hours early. I have waited here for over 10 hours, even when on time for my appointment. I’ve heard they’ve improved a bit recently, but I wouldn’t count on it. I’m with a mega carrier and usually have to beg for detention pay. Refuse this load if you can.
