Facility info

Loading speed: Mostly fast in-and-out, typically minutes to quick turnaround. Some reports of 2+ hour waits. Night shift significantly slower with communication issues between security and loading crew. Staff: Generally friendly and helpful. Day shift gets consistent praise. Some recent reports of poor attitudes near shift changes and employees unavailable close to quitting time. Facility: Clean facility. Designated clean-out area. Load-to-spec capability. Operations: Open 24/7 but night operations unreliable — security can't reach loading crew, expect long waits. You control your own loading (manageable once you know the process). Scale house staff helpful. Restroom access: Guard shack restrooms restricted to employees only — plan accordingly. Load type: Handles fertilizer/urea products.
