There’s a lot of negative reviews about this place but I will say just come and experience it for yourself. I arrived here a day early for my appointment. The guard was nice and professional. She confirmed that my appointment wasn’t for that day and confirmed it was for the next morning at 6am. She guided me around at back and told me that receiving comes in at 530 so come back at 530 and they’ll be able to get me checked in. I came 530 the next morning and got checked in with security. The women in the receiving office were SUPER NICE and very courteous and professional. I got checked in at a door and was unloaded within the hour. Had a great experience from check in to check out.
I don't know where I need to start disgusting people horrible place the people working inside they are totally nasty I would not suggest anyone to come here if you do decide to come here then you own your own
Best staff. Security very professional and quick check in. They took me two hours early . Thanks for that. No overnight parking. Come little early or on time.
Worst facility ever, waste the whole day.It took them nearly four hours to unload one palet.Park outside, check with the security guard and wait for door.They gave me door 2 hours after my appointment time.Good luck everyone.
Decided to write this since a lot of reviews are from 6 months+ ago.. guard shack and S/R workers were friendly and professional.. my appt. was at 11, got a door at 11:45.. unloading took about an hour and change.. out by 1:30. Not terrible but could have been quicker.. yard was clear of empty trailers, plenty of room to back in. Saw a lot of negative reviews about the staff and yard but today it wasn't anything like that..
