APPOINTMENT & CHECK-IN Appointment required. Receiving opens 5:00 AM. Check-in line starts ~4:40 AM. Don't arrive too early—they'll tell you to leave. Park on street for check-in, not in yard. Delivery window 5:00 AM–10:00 AM only. One entrance/exit. DOCKING & BACKING Tight facility. Doors 1–10 relatively manageable. Doors 11–16 tight backing. Doors 17+ require blindside backing. Company trailers parked along fence create obstacles. Drop your trailer if it helps others get in. Backing is doable but requires patience and skill. Expect to wait 1–2 hours behind other trucks trying to dock. UNLOAD TIMES Highly inconsistent. Range from 45 minutes to 8+ hours. Typical wait: 2–4 hours for partial loads. Unloading itself can be quick once you're at dock, but getting there is the bottleneck. One review reported still waiting after 24 hours. LUMPER FEES & CHARGES Lumper required. Fees: $200–$600+. They do NOT provide blank checks—you must prepare your own. They charge $10 per EFS check (which they get for free). Cash or physical check only—no card codes accepted. Late fees: $250–$400. OVERNIGHT PARKING Street parking available on both sides of building, day and night. Safe and quiet overnight. Do NOT park inside yard before check-in. STAFF & FACILITY Mixed reviews. Some staff genuinely helpful and friendly (Nicole, Tressa noted positively). Others rude, disorganized, slow, disrespectful. Food handling warehouse—hygiene concerns reported (employee not washing hands). Office clerk variable. General vibe: disorganized, crowded, understaffed. OPERATIONAL NOTES Live unload (not drop and hook). Frozen/dry loads both handled. Sunday appointments available. Orders sometimes arrive incorrect. Unloading pace described as slow. System inefficient—drivers make multiple trips to office instead of staff managing paperwork. BOTTOM LINE Small, overcrowded facility

I almost got hit by this driver this morning. I'm reporting this driver and truck as soon as they open up. I was on Smith and Dallas, the light was green for me to walk across the street. Instead of the driver turning left at the next light across from the CenterPoint building where He was supposed to be turning, He made an illegal left turn on Smith and Dallas and turned into incoming traffic. I had to quickly get back in the sidewalk because He almost hit me. As you look at the pictures, You can clearly see that the driver made the illegal turn and is parked into incoming traffic next to the Heritage Building and Starbucks on Smith and Dallas Street. He needs to be fired for this and luckily I didn't get hit or came close to getting hit from the illegal turn or a lawsuit would have been filed. He needs to be reprimanded and not be able to drive again. If it happens again a lawsuit will be filed. In the pictures is the driver. These pictures were taken at 5:42 AM this morning the pictures of the driver were taken this morning at 6AM as he was getting off the truck to make his deliveries.
