Facility info
Appointment-only facility — show up early and you may wait for scheduled time or be turned away Drop-and-hook operation: check in at guard shack, drop trailer at assigned door, bobtail to staging area, receive call when unloaded Unload times wildly inconsistent: 1–2 hours on good days, 8–16 hours common; some drivers report waiting for paperwork long after trailer is empty Overnight parking available in large staging area behind warehouse On-site restrooms (dedicated building near staging) and vending machines; cleanliness inconsistent Staff attitude ranges from friendly/helpful to rude and dismissive; guard shack generally more accommodating than receiving office Can check in well ahead of appointment and rest in staging area while waiting

Everything is good🫡🫡🫡 !! My appointment time is 7:30am isn’t up yet then unloading is done at 6:30 am wow absolutely amazing,
A smooth experience overall. Easy check-in and check-out—park in the back, they’ll call you for a door, then bobtail over to parking after unloading. Restroom and vending on site. You can arrive up to 24 hours early and stay overnight until you’re unloaded, but once you’re empty, you’ll need to head out.
What the hell is wrong with those idiots? 8 pallets trailer was supposed to be indoors at 11:30, and now it's 3:10. This is absolutely insane!
Siempre es igual se toman de 4 a 6 horas pa una descarga ✅👎
There’s overnight parking. Unloading took a couple hours. No parking after unloading.
