Driver reviews
Adding C&G to my personal “DO NOT WORK WITH” list. Late afternoon now with an early morning delivery appointment, and I’m still sitting on the dock waiting for paperwork. This caused unnecessary detention and threw off my entire day’s schedule. To fellow drivers: If this is your first time here and you had a smooth experience, that’s great — but please don’t publicly say “C&G is fine” unless you’ve delivered here multiple times and it’s consistently been positive. One good experience can give new drivers the wrong impression and set them up for the same frustration many of us have faced. To drivers who’ve already been burned by C&G: Do what I’m doing — start refusing loads that deliver here. If enough of us vote with our trucks and avoid this receiver, they may finally be forced to improve their processes. Management: At this point, I have nothing constructive left to say. If you were truly interested in feedback and fixing the issues, you would have addressed the repeated complaints long ago. Drivers need to look out for each other and share real experiences so we can avoid time-wasting, money-losing locations like this one.
If you are a dispatcher and you are thinking about whether to take a load for this company or to take it from somewhere else, it’s better to take any other load. The guys whose work here, is angry unprofessionally and discriminate against people The woman at security and from office is fine, But the man who works here really needs treatment and rest When I arrived yesterday, he started getting angry at me, almost shouting, even though my delivery appointment was for this morning. But it was rescheduled to the next day, since I left the shipper at 6:20 and I only had five and a half hours of driving, but they still rescheduled the delivery time. And today, he told me that he won’t accept me because I gave him the documents in a folder, really????
Was told that there is no overnight parking!
