OPERATIONS Appointments required but poorly enforced — drivers report 4-10+ hour waits even arriving on time. Being 5 minutes late often triggers all-day delays. Check in at Gate 4 with driver's license, truck/trailer plate, and PU number. Scale at Gate 2 (right side inbound). Trailers must be clean inside — washouts recommended beforehand. Live unload typical, taking 30 minutes to 1.5+ hours once at dock. Only 2 docks — tight backing. Security gate staff behavior varies widely; some reported rude/confrontational approach about tardiness. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking: Dirt lot ~1,000 feet east on Salt Lake Ave past train tracks (outside facility). Lot limited; not permitted to park in main lot post-unload even with hours remaining. No access to facility bathrooms during wait. Bring food and water. Staff professionalism inconsistent — some report pleasant interactions, others describe dismissive/rude treatment. Facility itself is very clean, organized, professionally maintained. Train noise constant if using outside lot. Multiple recent reports (2025) of security being hostile about minor tardiness. OTHER NOTES Battery/metal recycling operation. Environmental concerns noted in some reviews (emissions fines, community impact). Gate configuration: enter Gate 4, exit Gate 3, scale at Gate 2. Currently using appointment system but many drivers suggest first-come-first-served would be more realistic. Owner-operators frequently advised to reject loads here.

Beware truckers stay as far away as possible from this place they don’t value your time or mental health stay away never again for me 👌
Mi cita era la 2:15pm y me atienden asta las 7 pm pesimo cervicio👎
Mal cervicio 5 horas de esperar para que te descarguen
Terrible place you got 6 hours delayed or rescheduled your appointment if you’re late even 5 mins.
Worst company you can ever know! Do whatever you can to stay away! They don’t care you’re there for THEM or the freight you have keeps them in business! The big parking lot is NOT permitted after the unloading, regardless if you have hours of driving or waiting for new dispatch, even if the parking is empty! Other bad rule, they won’t let you clean your trailer even if is a total mess after each delivery there, so you really are in trouble if your next pick up is nearby and the shipper won’t let you clean it either!I quit going there when they called the cops on me because I argued the parking prohibition, even if I was the ONLY truck there so they had plenty of room for others! I said I’ll leave as soon as I know my next dispatch or if they needed my spot if the parking lot got full! So, if they “invite” you in for a delivery, prepare yourself to be treated like a criminal, regardless of any appointments or common sense you might have! By the way, I scheduled my time and driving according to the appointment I had but they got me in few hours earlier! That’s usually a great lucky day, but today they ruined it turning it into a very bad experience! I will never step foot in that place ever again!
