Appointment: 0700 Thursday Live Load pickup Check-in: 0745 Bills: 1012 Had a 0700 Live Load pickup appointment. Arrived at 0745 due to traffic from an accident. Pull up and park to the left out of the main entry, and walk to check-in door by dock 1. See photos of where to park. Signs say they won't check you in if you're blocking the entrance. I just parked in an empty dock, 1-8 and most had trailers in them so only a few were open. There's enough room to turn around for a sight side back. Give ID and PO number at check-in office. There's a drink vending machine that only takes cash. I didn't have to change docks. Said sliding back tandems was my choice just chock wheels. The sign says start at 0730 but I asked and he confirmed they're here at 0600 (6am) so my original appointment at 0700 was correct. Wait for a call for the bills. From the office, there's a bathroom through the heavy freezer door and to the right another freezer door labeled Restroom. Got bills at 1012 and went on my way.
I ordered and paid through PayPal 56.20 and never received my items also pay pal said they could not help me to get a refund.
