Facility info
Appointments strictly required — won't accept early arrivals regardless of what phone says. Expect to park on street until called in. No exceptions. Check-in process: Security verifies documents and assigns dock door. Worker comes to break seal and open doors before unloading starts. Unload times highly variable — 30 minutes to 4+ hours. Facility takes breaks mid-unload. One truck unloaded at a time. Receives 8am-8pm only — Google listing showing 24/7 is inaccurate. Won't accept late arrivals even 30 minutes past appointment. No flexibility for traffic delays. No overnight parking available — park on street (red zone). Street parking often full. Facility reports no parking liability. Very tight yard — difficult to back in, limited space between docks and street parking. Can be challenging to maneuver. Limited doors — only 2 receiving doors reported. Chronic bottlenecks with appointment delays. Staff quality inconsistent — some drivers report friendly, professional receivers and polite security. Others report indifferent staff and dismissive security guards. Security gatekeeping varies by shift. Bathroom access — BIO portable toilet only. Security may restrict access. Facility conditions — reports of freezer leaks and general disorganization. Safety concerns — reported lack of safety enforcement. Congested yard creates parking/maneuvering hazards for drivers. Lumper fee — none reported. Two BOL copies required — facility won't make copies; bring your own.
Driver reviews
Had a really easy day at this facility it was a Sunday delivery afternoon my appointment was at 5 PM and they got me right at 5 PM unloaded less than an hour it was only a few pallets overall people were nice in this facility I didn’t see any security guy happy experience after all the reviews I read
Muy amables y rapido
Great experience, I had a 6pm appointment, arrived around 4:45. Was put at a door around 5:15 and out around 7pm. There were 2 trucks ahead of me and only one person unloading trucks. Everyone was polite and friendly.
This is one of the most irresponsible facilities I’ve ever dealt with. You are required to check in first, then wait on the street for a call before being assigned a dock. My appointment was at 7:00 PM, but I didn’t get on a dock until 10:30 PM. I was not allowed to open the doors or break the seal. It wasn’t until 1:30 AM that the staff finally opened the doors and started unloading. I asked the staff to record my check-in and check-out times, but they refused. Without this documentation, I have no way to claim detention pay. Many of their 5-star reviews seem questionable. I waited a total of 9 hours, and they still refused to provide any in/out time record. I hope this helps others avoid the same situation.
