Unload times all over the map—20 minutes to 5+ hours, most commonly 3-4 hours. Floor-loaded appliances. Facility calls you when ready; some drivers report not getting called and having to ask. Unhook trailer at dock, bobtail to designated tractor area (outside, mesh-enclosed). Reverse process to exit. Parking & Facilities Street parking available outside facility for overnight. Love's is 1 mile away. Professional facility, spacious, good yard conditions. Staff & Attitude Mixed. Most report friendly, professional, helpful staff. Some issues with communication—drivers not being notified when loads ready. One report of poor supervision on loading crew with excessive breaks extending timelines. Bottom Line Efficient drop and hook if load's ready. Can be quick or drag out depending on loading pace. Appointment mandatory. Multi-step check-in/out process not ideal if tight on hours.
