Appointments required — strictly enforced; arriving early doesn't guarantee early unload. Some facilities won't touch trailers before appointment time. Live unload only — expect 2–7 hours depending on staffing/workload. Paperwork processing adds 1–3 hours on top. Budget extra clock time. Check-in at guard shack — guard will assign door and may call you when ready. Bring PPW and proof of payment method. --- Overnight parking available — staging area by guard shack; limited spots if arriving early. Bathrooms clean, located near guard shack — coffee sometimes offered. Guard shack staff consistently friendly and helpful — receiving office staff quality varies widely (some polite, some described as rude/impatient). Yard spacious and easy to maneuver — good for backing. --- Lumper fee $195–$400+ — accepts check, debit, credit card. No cash. Some drivers report overcharges or disputes on short counts. Unload inconsistency is the core problem — same appointment time produces wildly different wait times (30 minutes to 7+ hours). Staff shortages blamed repeatedly.
