They gave me a door that already had a truck in it twice. They also made made me wait three days to get unloaded because I was late so had to wait till Monday. The security guard had a bit of an attitude. Big lot so it's easy to back in. There is no bell on the shipping and receiving office door so you have to bang on the door.
This place was easy to find. Spacious lot. Organized system. Professional staff. Don't know about the speed of getting unloaded because I just backed into my door lol. But so far I have no complaints. Will try and come back with unloading time frame.
My experience here was great. I checked in at the guard shack at 05:15 for a 07:30 appointment. I was given a gate pass and a key card. I was told to go straight down and park by the water tower and wait until 0530 to check in. The receiving guy came outside at 0530 on the dot getting driver's paperwork 1 at a time. I was given a door right away. Break the seal, back in, disconnect red airline. They send you the lumper fee via text message. I was out of there by 0700. It was a easy process and the unloading was quick for me.
