Nice people work my appointments is 9:00am so I was checking in 7:47 they are give me door after 30:minutes I checked out thanks guys.
Trash of a company. Book a load yesterday May 19 I was told to drop my trailer they will load and to pick up ar midnight…came back at Midnight to see trailer in the same place , doors still open and trailer empty. They close at 5 pm so why in the hell was I told to pick up at midnight. They waisted my whole evening. I waited at the truck stop for this just for my whole evening to be waisted. No call from anyone. Y’all we got other appointments, loads and families to get to. Believe me when I say we don’t give shit about you either do your job so we can do ours Or speak up if know some information we don’t.
worst place to deliver. been here 7:00am for 7:00am delivery its now 7:36 noone checked me in. garbage place to be at… edit: checked me in 7:38am they went on break from 7:15-7:30am. i mean give us a dock then go on break. like i said i been standing there 7:00 rang bells 3 times noone showed up. what ah waste of time. dont come here drivers they careless about your appointment time.
