Facility info
LIVE UNLOAD ONLY Appointment required and strictly enforced — arrive early and you'll wait. Won't unload before appointment time regardless of arrival. WAIT TIMES Highly inconsistent. Range from 1-2 hours to 8-9+ hours on dock. Pattern shows 3-6 hours typical but frequently extends longer. Some report getting unloaded quickly (under 2 hours), others waiting full day. Seal breaking is often a bottleneck — can wait hours just for warehouse to come break seal, then unload quickly once it happens. CHECK IN Gate opens 7:00 AM. Driver entrance before Door S10. Enter from Green Point Dr S, exit second gate straight ahead. Limited gate parking — room for roughly one truck. Overflow must park on street. Check-in by 7:30 AM recommended. SAFETY/SECURITY Gated facility. Security is strict and sometimes reported as rude. ID/documentation required. FACILITY CONDITIONS Minimal parking. No overnight parking available (limited space even for day parking). Small yard. Gated. STAFF Mixed reports. Many describe staff as nice, friendly, professional, courteous. Some report rude security and receiving personnel. NEARBY OPTIONS Loves and Pilot/Sheetz 2-20 miles away in Circleville area (fill up quickly). Get food before arriving. BOTTOM LINE Pharmaceutical distribution center (Cardinal Health). Expect 2-6 hour minimum wait. Don't bank on being quick even with small loads. Appointment time is when they might unload you, not when process starts.
Driver reviews
I arrived the night before and was instructed to return for my appointment at 11:00 AM the next day. I checked in early at 9:00 AM, yet by 1:00 PM I was still waiting to be unloaded. As a truck driver, time is extremely important. Due to this excessive delay, I had to cancel another load that would have taken me home. Waiting 5–6 hours at a facility for unloading is unacceptable, especially when drivers arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of urgency and understanding from the receiving office. It felt like there was little concern for the impact these delays have on drivers’ schedules and livelihoods. I do not plan on returning to this facility. However, I hope management addresses this issue for the sake of other drivers. There is no reason drivers should be spending most of their day waiting to be unloaded after arriving on time for an appointment.
Got here at 9:20 for 10a.m. appt. In sick at 9:30. It's now 11:15; still waiting to be unloaded. Compared to most days, it's not even busy today. Unfortunately, being slow to load or unload is par for the course here at Cardinal Health. They have no respect for a driver's time.
Early for appointment (11a) and did not pay off. Pls see pic for times, no telling what kind of day it’ll be.
Slow very slow
