Facility info

APPOINTMENT & CHECK-IN Appointment-only facility. Early check-in available (some checked in at midnight for morning appointments). Check-in process itself is quick and easy—walk to guard shack with ID and cell phone, they text you door assignment and directions to North Gate. Download the Hive app for smoother check-in. They will check you in before your appointment time but won't call you to a dock until your scheduled slot. WAIT TIMES & UNLOADING Highly inconsistent. Some drivers report 25-minute unloads and quick turnarounds. Others report 4-8 hour waits from appointment time to dock assignment, then additional hours waiting to start unloading. Multiple reports of 5-6 hour total times despite early arrivals. After unloading, there can be additional delays waiting for final paperwork/release. Unload speed itself is fast when it starts, but getting to a door is the bottleneck. OVERNIGHT PARKING On-site overnight parking available in staging area. Plenty of space. Clearly marked, easy access. FACILITY Spacious yard with room to maneuver and back. Clean bathrooms noted by some drivers; one report of filthy bathroom with no soap. Vending machines and snacks available. Construction recently completed—newer facility. STAFF & ATTITUDE Mixed. Many positive reports of friendly, professional, helpful staff. Some drivers report rude gate staff. One report of staff being dismissive or disorganized during North Gate assignments. OPERATIONS NOTES Live unload. Drop trailers and wait—not drop and hook. Some early arrivals reported getting unloaded ahead of schedule; others told no overnight parking in certain time windows. Building layout confusing—docks are far back, signage lacking. Can be strict on appointment times but don't always honor them on the facility side. Some drivers report staff being inattentive or on phones during unload.
