Facility info

WAIT TIMES: Highly inconsistent—ranges from 30 minutes to 36 hours. Many reports of 8–15+ hour waits for doors. Loading speed varies dramatically even within same day. Overnight parking: Allowed. One review notes parking is narrow but available; another says they do NOT allow overnight parking—conflicting info. Office/receiving staff: Consistently described as friendly, nice, polite, courteous across multiple reviews. Dock crew/loaders: Major complaint. Repeatedly called slow, moving like "molasses." Unloading faster than loading. Access/navigation: Difficult to find. GPS unreliable—follow exit 90 off I-81 north, then specific street sequence (N 22nd St → Union Canal Dr → Hanford Dr). One-way in/out creates ticket risk if you miss the route. Lot/yard conditions: Not crowded, decent parking space, easy to maneuver. Truck-friendly. Safety note: Truck restrictions in area ahead—stay alert.

I arrived at 0730 for my 0800 appointment. They proceeded to unload a driver that was early for his 0900 appointment before me. It is now 1008, and he is done, but they just started unloading me. The appointments only matter when feel like it.
