Nice people and fast service
Lady at check in is polite Got loaded and scale out had to come back to get reworked. Got here at 16:50 all employees were gone home was told to come back in morning. Check in at 8 am was told that they can't do nothing about it. I have to wait for the supervisor to come in. He don't come in till nine. Come back then. Come back in at nine that's supervisor is in a meeting. I'll have to wait.!!! Its Now going on 20 hours with this load, I haven't gotten fixed yet because all they can do is load the trailer sign the papers. If you have any issues, there's nothing they can do w out a supervisor !!! Its now 930 n im still waiting Dont come here if you dont have to!!!!
Brains are composted for half a day, they load for a very long time.
They're out of their minds, you show up ten minutes late.They want to charge two hundred bucks reschedule fee.Then, they don't start you until your appointment.They tell you, you have to wait for some certification before they could release you and give you your b o l but they get you out of the dock.So maybe they don't have to pay detention, I don't know.I'd give them zero stars.I won't come back to this place again.But they're very friendly and very nice, just a manner in which this place does their business is a joke, two stars were for friendliness.No overnight park, and you gotta leave once loaded.I saw some trucks parked down the street
