Security will copy your ID and inspect trailer (must be clean). Provide pickup/delivery number and photo ID. Operations Live load—trailers must be disconnected. Green light signals you're cleared to reconnect and leave. Load times range wildly: 45 minutes to 2 hours when running smoothly, but 3-4+ hours wait times documented even with appointments and no other trucks present. Some drivers report getting loaded within an hour of arriving early. Quality control issue: weight rejections requiring rework documented. Location & Navigation GPS can be unreliable—use Google Maps from 10 miles out. Address: 953 Airport Dr (not South Airport). From I-295 south: exit 25 (toll road 895) to Airport Drive exit, stay right, turn right at first road, immediate right to guard shack. No overnight parking at facility; street parking available near gate before entrance or nearby Love/Pilot (18 minutes away). Bathrooms available. Staff attitude inconsistent—mostly positive (security staff and dock personnel described as nice), but isolated reports of rudeness from shipping office staff. Hours 7am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.
