Appointment required. Can't check in more than 2 hours early—they won't load until appointment time. Late fees (~$147–$200) enforced strictly. Live load only. Highly variable—ranges from 1 hour to 5+ hours. Equipment breakdowns and staffing issues cause unpredictable delays. Paperwork is the bottleneck. 1–3 hours waiting after loading is normal. Major complaint across reviews. --- No overnight parking (policy enforced, though staging area can be used during business hours). Nearby truck stops available but charge $35–$50. Bathrooms present but inconsistent. Reports of cleanliness issues; check condition on arrival. Staff highly inconsistent. First shift (especially office staff) generally professional and friendly. Night shift frequently described as rude or dismissive. Attitude affects service speed—respect shown = faster turnaround. Facility in good condition overall. Large staging area, easy maneuvering, clean docks (mostly). Don't break seal on arrival—dock crew will do it.

Never come here, you will wait for unloading while the workers stand for two hours and smoke, there is no toilet, nothing, especially if you need to go to the door20-22
Check in is at door 38A. I dont see the point of filling out the QR code because they have you fill out the same paperwork when you check in. I had a 430 pm appointment and got there around 11am. Took me in around 3pm.
You can check in online once you arrive, park, walk to door 38 to confirm check in if you want, get loaded, park again and wait for bills. Very tedious process. Bills should be READY TO GO.
Drive around outback of the building, don't park directly across from loading docks but to your left you'll see trucks, porta johns clean, inside bathroom clean, scan code wait for call, get door and loaded park again wait for paperwork. Everyone decent real easy, seems organized and not chaotic, plenty of room. Arrived 930 am for 1330 appointment, in door 1130, loaded and waiting on paperwork at 1242. Paperwork back to truck at 1304
One of the worst Lineage warehouse that I have been to. App on my phone told me to park and check in at door 54. Nobody knew the vender I was delivering to. I went to Lineage office and they told me to park near door 50 and wait for someone to come out. The vender didn't have an office to check in at. No signage or any indication where to go, but if I'm not checked in on time, I'm late and will incur fees...
