  Worst McLane I ever been to ..<br>Check in 12 pm , now is 9 pm , I just got door ..and looking in probably 1 or 2 more hours of loading..<br>Stuff extremely rude anx don't want to help, the only answer is , " wr gonna call you when we have products ready for you "<br>On question can you ask shipping dep. What time I should expect that to be .<br>The answer is "no" !<br>Don't come here guys, waste of time .

  The front office. Girl cicilia was great. Awesome warehouse my appointment was at 4 PM. I checked in at two. They started loading me at 2:45 PM. Excellent service guys. I’ll definitely come again to this location very professional staff clean bathrooms. Excellent space for maneuver docks NF space to work.

  Mr.Joe, I appreciate you sir. Looking at the reviews you wouldn't want to come here but money talks so I came and everything was A1. Mr. Joe was welcoming and opened the gate around 630AM, got a Dock within 5 min and they are unloading me as we speak. 💪🏾💯 10/10 Thank you sir!! (No oversight parking a few spots along 88th outside the gate)

  They are doing wonderful job specially the girls in front desk checked in with, they are very professional and beautiful very fast starting unloading door 22♥️♥️♥️👍🥰

  So, I read the reviews prior to showing up for my 3:30pm pickup appointment. And I was kinda dreading coming here because of it.<br><br>Well, to my surprise everything went smooth. I arrived at 2:05pm. Office staff were polite and helpful. My instructions prior to showing up (from broker) was too pre-cool to 15. Well it ended up being a dry load. Still no issues. Turned the reefer off and was given a dock right away. Unload started less than 5 min after docking.<br>Maybe it’s just the day but the docks were empty. With only one other person being loaded. One person is sitting in the overflow but who knows if they are finishing their 10 or not. Either way. Plenty of room to maneuver. Everything has gone smooth and fast.<br>I wonder if I arrived earlier in the day, if I would have had an issue getting loaded? Due to another review, I avoided coming too early.<br><br>To the company- great job. I wouldn’t mind coming back here again. If there was one thing I would ask, it’s to add a phone number for those of us who like to call ahead to make sure the load is ready, prior to arriving. But I’m just a trucker so do with that as you will.<br><br>SlowPoke, over & out!
