No overnight parking available Facility opens 8am — don't arrive before then, gate has call box for early arrivals Receiving dock is on back of building, shipping in front Unloading times vary significantly — some report 45 minutes to completion, others wait 1+ hours with breaks interrupting service Check-in can lag; local drivers sometimes processed ahead of through-traffic Security gate requires verification to enter Staff attitude mixed — some genuinely helpful, others reported as difficult (particularly front security) Will call service has reputation issues Fast unloading when dock is staffed and moving Tool cabinet upgrades can cause production delays when malfunctioning
