Appointments required — won't take walk-ins early even if facility is empty. Strict 30-min window before/after scheduled time. Check-in at building 15 front corner (don't follow NFI receiving signs). Bring DL, truck/trailer license plates and numbers. Unloading fast once you get a door, typically 20 minutes for loaded trailers. Overnight parking available in front of docks or side lot (conflicting reports — some say no overnight parking nearby). No restrooms for drivers. Staff efficient but inflexible. Average 2-hour wait during busy periods. Operating 7am start time.

Very good experience I had appointment at 9 AM. For some reasons I reached late. I check in at 10:32 AM. They gave me doc right away. Make sure take your ID with you when you sign in. And also information of your trailer license plate, truck license plate, truck number and trailer number. I don’t know about they have a restroom or not because I did not ask them check out at 11:10 AM. 20 minutes for loaded.
