DROP & HOOK OPERATIONS Drop and hook available and generally straightforward. Unload times vary widely—some report 1-2 hours, others report 6+ hours. Multiple complaints about slow, inefficient unloading. Heavy loads common (typically 40,000-45,000 lbs despite BOL weights sometimes understated). LIVE LOAD/UNLOAD Don't plan on it.
