Very good experience
Unload went pretty smooth. You don’t have to use QR code for unload (just pickup). Come up to the gate and use intercom to communicate with the live person. Half a trailer unloaded in 1 hour 20 min. For the size and type of facility it’s acceptable. P.S delivery appt for 15:00, I arrived at 15:15. Was given a dock in around 10 min. Waited by the gate for someone to come back to intercom with instructions on a dock given.
