I purchased an ODL add-on window blind for an exterior half-lite door several years ago from Lowes. Just recently the two sliders, that operate the blinds up and down and the louvers open and closed, became cracked where they attached to their respective belts (a poor quality original style slider). I couldn't locate replacement parts anywhere and I interested in purchasing another $100 add-on blind, if it wasn't necessary. So I contacted the customer support group via email. Tammy responded immediately and after narrowing down what I needed, she had two replacement sliders sent. I received the sliders within in two days, with a nice card (signed by several individuals) enclosed with the two parts. The card is definitely mass produced but was still a nice personal touch. Also, the replacement sliders are much more robust and should last much longer than the original design. I rarely write any reviews but this company certainly deserved this one. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in their products. They are a class act.<br><br>Three years later and the sliders are still holding strong!
We had four 18 year old enclosed blind window units that were foggy. After exchanging pictures ODL agreed to replace the window units and the cover the installation.<br><br>The replacements are amazing, so clear and the updated open/close and tilt mechanisms are so much nicer.<br><br>Amazing customer service, I highly recommend ODL and their products.
