Appointments are strictly enforced — show up late and face 3+ hour waits or dock denial; show up early and you'll also wait hours before service starts. On-time arrivals generally work best. Load times wildly inconsistent — ranges from 30 minutes to 8+ hours. Most common complaint is 3-7 hour waits. A few drivers report quick turnarounds under 2 hours, but don't count on it. Check-in procedure: Guard shack and receiving office are behind the building, not off Rohr Road. Entrance on Port Street. Have license plate number ready. Some confusion about gate/entrance locations — ask for clarification at guard shack. Drop and hook available but not guaranteed — some loads are live loads with extended waits. No overnight parking. Limited parking along fence line near Kraft property. Bathrooms available in receiving office area, but access may be restricted once you're at dock. Staff attitude mixed: some drivers report very friendly, courteous personnel and fast service; others report rude, disorganized, dismissive staff with poor attitude toward drivers' time. Consistency is questionable. Yard conditions: Straightforward layout once you know where to go, but signage is poor and easy to miss dock entrance. Safety note: One driver reported being loaded 3,000 lbs over drive axle limit; facility initially resisted correction. Strict operational rules: Must slide tandems back, chock tires, remove red brake line. Some shifts more responsive than others.
