Facility info

Load/unload operations: Highly inconsistent unload times—range from quick to 7+ hours. Multiple reports of 3-4 hour waits. Palletized loads don't guarantee speed. One driver reported fast in/out, but that's outlier. Check-in: Website says 6:30 AM opening but staff not present at that time—verify actual hours before arrival. Facility conditions: Clean area noted. Overnight parking available. Limited lighting on roads—visibility concerns at night. Staff: Mix of friendly/respectful personnel with some reports of slow work pace. Guard shack noted as friendly. General: Facility appears to function as warehouse/distribution center. Works as seasonal employment option for some. Unload speed is the main pain point—expect delays and plan accordingly.
