Drop and hook — most loads are unloaded by facility staff; times range widely from 1 hour to 3+ hours depending on dock availability and staffing. Check-in procedure — enter at Door 14 behind dumpster/trash compactor; can be disorganized but moves quickly when staff is focused. Overnight parking available — park outside gate to the right; limited spots. Can sleep at front gate area. Staff attitude mixed — majority report friendly, hardworking crew; some reports of rudeness/dismissiveness regarding appointment delays. Reception staff can be condescending. Safety vest required in building. Restrooms available. Yard tight during busy periods — difficult turning/maneuvering when congested.
Driver reviews
Arrived night before parked up against curb in front of gate with 3 others checked in for a 6 am at 545 and was out by 630. Excellent service
Terrible 3hrs to unload arrived 520 empty at 845 and they gave my BOL to the wrong driver
Great place, checked in 6:10 am, out 7:20 am, fast unloading, nice staff. Thank you!
Arrived about 30 mins ahead of scheduled apt but they got me in right away. It’s best to park before the gate then walk to the blue door by DOCK 14 behind the trash compactor. It can get a little tight in the yard and turning around might be tougher during busier periods. Crew was good and quick. I was out in about an hour. Restrooms are available. Safety vest required in the building
