WAIT TIMES Live load: Consistently 4–8+ hours even with appointment. Multiple reports of 6–14 hour waits. Red/green light system: Trailer locked at dock, long gaps between loading cycles. Slow loading rate: ~1–2 pallets per 20–40 minutes reported. APPOINTMENT POLICY Strict on timing—will refuse entry if late, some report 10-minute grace only. Early arrival doesn't speed process; told to wait until appointment time. Must disconnect/drop trailer before loading begins. CHECK-IN & STAFF Security guard attitude consistently poor across reviews—described as rude, hostile, unprofessional, lacking customer service. One positive report of friendly guard; majority negative. Gate staff won't provide shipper contact info or reference names. FACILITY No overnight parking. Restroom access limited; one bathroom at first warehouse door. Yard conditions: adequate parking space available. QT truck stop ~2 miles away. OPERATIONS Live load only; must unhook from trailer. No phone contact available for shipper. Difficult to reach facility by phone for issues.

Terribly slow and rude.
This facility I was waiting like eight hours to unload my load. My appointment is 8 AM. I finish like 6 PM.
First of believe every single review u see about this place and try to avoid at all costs!! Starting with the person at the guard shack! Nasty attitude rude disrespectful pathetic sad ! It was raining so hard she had me waiting by the window and she took her sweet time to ask about my ID than told me to brake the seal and bring it to her when I said that I needed a bolt cutter she said ( i don’t have it and u figure it out just if you want to get unloaded) and she shut the window 🤬 She needs to get fired immediately for real for real!!
This facility operates strictly by appointment. If you arrive even 15 minutes early, you will be turned away. Lady at the guard is very rude and unfriendly. There is a notice posted at the entrance stating that the estimated loading time is 4 hours and unloading is 3 hours. Keep this in mind. I do not recommend this facility to other drivers.
