No early arrivals—won't take you more than 45 min–1 hour before appointment. Show up late and you're turned away. Live unload only. Disconnect trailer, park in bobtail lot, wait for call when done (1–2 hours typical, but ranges 35 min to 5+ hours). Check in at guard shack first, then receiving office for door assignment. Slide tandems all the way back. No overnight parking at facility. Blains Farm and Fleet nearby but drivers report parking boots ($700 fine). Theater lot also boots trucks. No safe truck stops within 10 miles. Bathrooms and vending inside office. No idling after 10pm (city enforcement). Plenty of backing/maneuvering room, well-lit. Staff inconsistent—some friendly and helpful, others reported as rude. Gate guard attention varies.

Make sure you have enough time when you get off highway. There is 885 lights on the way.
Mace sure about your appointment with the broker!!!!! I am small fleet carrier Broker said 8:00am when actual appointment it’s 2pm same day They are work me in but I lost my family church meeting 3 h unload another 2h for product count
