Slow, won’t take you early, the staging area is filled with drivers who have been here way before me and I’ve been here for 7 hours now! They are in no rush to get their product out so pack your patience and if possible avoid these suckers!
Not sure where all the negativity is coming from about this place but I'm impressed. Would definitely deliver and reload from here again!! I arrived at 1145a.m. for a 12pm delivery got checked in at 1154am was unloaded by 112pm. Which the nice lady with blonde hair and Black rimmed glasses went ahead and Checked me in for my pick up which was scheduled for 8pm. Was called to dock 17 at 451pm from the staging area and was loaded at 625p.m. Very professional Dock workers and office personnel!! Check in was very simple and no problem whatsoever!! If I could give more stars I would. Also the Area around the docks still has some very minor potholes but I believe they're gittin ready to repave the parking lot at some point. All the major holes from Previous reviews are gone and the bad pavement has been ground down and straightened up.
This facility is making plenty of money, but they don’t seem to care about maintaining their own warehouse and parking lot. The potholes here are some of the worst I have seen in my 20 years of driving. A place like this should have a safe driveway and proper dock area for trucks. These bad roads and huge holes can easily damage a truck’s suspension and alignment, and drivers may end up paying for expensive repairs just from making one trip to this warehouse. On top of that, the loading process is extremely slow. This is one of the worst loading experiences I have had — really disappointing and needs serious improvement.
