This place should be avoided at all cost! Arrived at 1900 for a 2200 delivery appointment to find they had decided not to work because of a little snow! People of Green Bay WI afraid of snow...go figure. Went in at 0700 to be told to come back at 1800 to be unloaded costing me 2500.00 and the shame of calling my next loads broker to cancel.
Appointment-Midnight Arrived-22:30 Dock-22:45 Empty-01:45 Was assigned a dock immediately after checking in with the office, which is located by dock door 22. Once docked, it took about 30-45 minutes before they started unloading. Unloading took a little longer as they had to down-stack/restack a bad pallet apparently. Once you’re unloaded, you’ll receive a text from capstone to pay lumper fee(I had 18 pallets and it was $209.23). Once the lumper is paid, DO NOT go into office for paperwork, they will call you once your paperwork is ready. It was only 20-30 minutes after I paid when I received my phone call. Also, despite the fact that there are signs saying there is no overnight parking, there are a few parking spaces next to the fuel tank for several trucks(3-5). I stayed overnight and no one bothered me(parked at 2:00AM departed at 8:45AM). There were several trucks next to me as well.
