Facility info
OPERATIONS Appointment-heavy — they go by appointments, but early arrivals often get doors immediately (4–5 hours before scheduled time common) Unload times wildly inconsistent: 15 mins to 2 hours on small loads; 3–6 hours on full trailers typical Capstone lumpers handle unloading — expensive ($102–$265 per load depending on pallet count), but can be fast when they hustle Will call opens 4am; orders require calling Denver first; will call pickups often 3–4 hours later than promised Paperwork slowdown frequent — get bills ready text goes out but facility won't call; must check office or monitor green light yourself Gate opens 4am; closed Saturdays (no receiving until Tuesday) Load locks often left inside trailer behind pallets or not returned FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available on street outside gates (limited space, arrive early) Bathrooms available; facility described as very clean and well-maintained Guard shack staff consistently praised; receiving/lumper staff attitude ranges from friendly to rude and dismissive Plenty of backing room; limited staging/idle parking inside facility Good cell service; food delivery nearby (DoorDash, Uber Eats)

I check in and out 30 minutes thank you guys
Just want to give this paticular warehouse a big Thanks! Appointment time was 5am. I parked the night before right down the road, woke up at 4 am and reefer Unit wasn’t running. Was suppose to be negative 10. Thank goodness it was 34 degrees outside. I had 2 drops one in Albuquerque and then Phoenix. They took their stuff off and I couldn’t get a reefer tech to come out to fix so needed to take to carrier MCT 10 miles up the road. US foods let me drop the rest of my load there for a couple of hours. Long enough to go repair my reefer United and return. WOW! Thanks US Foods that meant a lot for our small trucking company.
Based on these reviews, my carrier has put this shipper on our "black list”. The cost of idling a truck and being late for the next load far exceeds whatever profit the company makes from delivering these loads. It’s bad enough Albuquerque has very poor paying freight so this area is a dead zone for us now.
They are way faster than I expected. I have a full truck 40000lbs+ load and they unloaded within 1 hour. Thank you!
