Receiving hours 5am–12pm M-F — truck entrance at Fortuna and Gallatin corner (don't use Fortuna from Coors, too narrow for trucks). Unload times highly variable — ranges from 30 minutes to 6+ hours. Plan conservatively. Lumper service via Capstone (pay via phone before paperwork release). --- Overnight parking available — 10–12 staging area spots before gate, street parking as overflow option. Clean facility with driver bathrooms — one behind guard shack (weekend access), one in receiving office near dock 68. Staff mixed — most friendly and professional, but guard shack security consistently reported as rude and dismissive across multiple reviews. Check-in office staff helpful. --- Lumper fees steep — $160–$225 reported for varying load sizes. Capstone handles unload; slow paperwork return after payment common complaint. Dock setup straightforward — large backing area, easy entry. Docks 68–79 for dry freight, 41–67 for refrigerated.

I don’t understand why drivers are being held for such long periods at this facility. I’ve already paid the lumper fee, and I’ve been waiting over two hours just to receive my paperwork. Holding drivers this long is not acceptable. It disrupts schedules and makes it difficult to keep freight moving efficiently. Drivers should not be treated as storage while delays continue inside the facility. Please improve the process so drivers can be loaded/unloaded and released in a timely manner.

Not too bad, just follow instructions and get it in your head that it most likely will be a long waiting time to get out. Strictly appointment. Arrived at 8:55 AM for a 10 AM appointment, checked in , was told to drive up to gate at 10, cut my seal and hand it over to Ms. smiles. After that Ms smiles will give you a door number, where to turn in your documents, and general instructions. In my case there was no lumper fee, took them about two hours to get empty. Once you get your green light pick up your bills and head out, hand over piece of paper to Ms smiles. Good luck.
Guys, you urgently need to replace the guard at the check-in before the gate. She is not just terrible — she is damaging the entire reputation of your company. I have never seen such rude treatment toward drivers. Good luck. I’m giving 2 stars only because of the overnight parking. Everything else really needs improvement.
