Easy in easy out..
Very bad experience with the security at the truck entrance. He was disrespectful and unprofessional from the start. He told me he did not want to let me enter, without proper explanation, and acted as if he had unlimited authority. His attitude was aggressive and arrogant, as if he was above everyone else. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially for a company that should value professionalism and respect toward drivers . It is disappointing to see a business allow such poor front line conduct. Security should represent the company with courtesy, not hostility. This reflects badly on the company’s standards and management Poor and sleepy management
As a truck driver i had a frustrating experience at the US Foods truck entrance on Tuesday, April 21 at 6:40 AM. The issue was specifically with the security guard. Communication was difficult due to limited English, and instead of trying to assist, the guard was rude and dismissive. For drivers who are on strict schedules, this kind of behavior causes unnecessary delays and stress. The rest of the facility may be fine, but the first point of contact should always be professional and respectful. I hope management looks into this and improves the situation
