Unloading process is quick and efficient. Enter through the gate, park on the left, check in with the guard, then proceed to the left side for unloading and check in with the unloading staff—they will assign you a dock promptly. However, the behavior of the security guard is unacceptable. The guard was extremely rude and showed no professionalism when dealing with drivers and visitors. There was a clear lack of basic respect and communication skills. This kind of attitude creates unnecessary stress for drivers who are already on tight schedules. Management seriously needs to address this issue and ensure security staff treat people with respect and professionalism.

Security was cool guy!👍 Receiving staff they were cool!👍 BUT the vending machines decided to rip me off!!🤨 Don't trust them!! I'm surprised the soda machine did now grow feet and 🥾 me😣 out!! You go in there decide to treat yourself with a drink and a snack right!!! Well you can have a snack but soda machine decides uh! uh!!! Noo!! 🫵 drink water instead! No soda 4 U!!! I'll take your money!! 😒
Grocery Outlet – Location Feedback This location can be very challenging. Occasionally, you may get lucky and get in and out quickly, but most of the time the experience is difficult. From the beginning, the security process can be frustrating, and instructions are not always communicated clearly. After checking in, drivers are usually required to park on the side and wait to be called, and then are later directed to another door. This process can take a long time. Drivers should be prepared for long wait times. It is strongly recommended to bring food and plan accordingly, as loading and unloading here often take much longer than expected.
After seeing the mixed reviews on here, everyone seems to be having a different experience but from my experience the guard in the shack that checks drivers in was super rude. Very unprofessional and seemed like he hates his job. No good customer service at all and treated me very poorly. I am not a review type of person but this place really shocked me. Wish everyone the best and keep on truckin.
