Facility info

Fast loading: consistently 45 min to under 2 hours, frequently under 1 hour turnaround. Multiple drivers note they've never incurred detention here. Drop and hook available: confirmed at this location. Check-in: straightforward process. Have your pickup # ready. Early arrivals generally accommodated without issue. Staff professionalism: shipping/receiving and dock personnel consistently described as friendly, polite, professional, and respectful. Known for going above and beyond to help drivers. Facility condition: clean, well-maintained warehouse. Adequate backing space for trucks. No overnight parking at facility, but street parking available in adjacent industrial park. Bathroom availability: not mentioned in reviews. Beer shipments: facility ships beer—bring load locks and straps. Navigation: Rand McNally and Qualcomm navigation may route incorrectly; Google Maps works better. Operations hours: opens 7:30 AM; formal check-in starts 8:00 AM. Lot capacity: some reports of tight lot space during peak traffic periods. Exceptions to norm: 2-3 reviews report extended waits (24+ hours, "took forever") and one negative experience with early morning lot access conflicts. These appear to be outliers against overwhelmingly positive feedback, but worth noting.
