Facility info
WAIT TIMES & UNPREDICTABILITY Highly variable and often long. 4-10+ hours to get a dock door common. Some drivers report 18-28+ hour total waits. A few quick turnarounds (30 min to 1.5 hours) suggest load type and timing matter, but don't count on it. Hopper bottoms consistently slower (5-6+ hours minimum). Appointments mean little—arriving early doesn't help. "20 minutes" or "soon" typically means 2+ hours. CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Pull onto scale first. Check in at shipping office with bills. Get pink slip, take to receiving (around back, left side). They take your phone number and send you to park in gravel lot. Receiving calls when ready. Live load operation. UNLOADING SPEED Once in a door, typically 30 minutes to 2+ hours depending on load type. Receiving office staff sometimes inattentive—may be on phones, not picking up calls. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Overnight parking available in gravel lot. Restrooms available. Nearby truck stop less than a mile away (has cat scale). Staff can be friendly when engaged, but overall attitude inconsistent. Drivers report feeling disrespected. Trucks and cargo get covered in fine dust (dog food facility). Lot conditions rough—gravel, not ideal for maneuvering. LOAD REJECTION RISK One report of reefer load rejected for temperature variance (34° set, 41° recorded). Verify load condition before arrival. BOTTOM LINE Clear your schedule. Bring food. Overnight parking available. Extremely unpredictable despite appointments. Not driver-friendly on time respect.
Driver reviews
They lack respect for truckers. The chunky guy working mornings in receiving has a serious chip on his shoulder; he slams the window shut mid-conversation.
Really nice people and quick unloading, it is a Monday morning. My appointment was 8 AM. Check in 7 30 a.m. and check it out. 8:40am
КОНЧИНИ МЕСТА
5/4/26-5/5/26, Monday night, Tues morning. Short version: they let you park overnight and I was loaded early in a little over an hour. Dry van. Longer version: My live load appt was for Tuesday 11am. I was unloaded across town at 9:30pm. Very limited parking in Hazleton, so I showed up here night before. Lady in shipping was nice, but did not have me on the schedule. Said to check back with morning crew. Another trucker said they have space to park overnight. I included a photo of where the docks were (green square)and where to park overnight (purple oval) You can use their drop yard to park overnight as well, but area in purple is where most trucks park. I did not want to check in too early, but did check in at 9am as was given a dock assignment two hours early. They took about an hour to load me.
For all the bad reviews I thought I should give my experience. Showed up 2 1/2 hours before my appointment and got a door immediately. From pulling in to leaving it was an hour and a half exactly. Sign on the door said they open at 7am but I was there a little before 630 and they were open.
