WAIT TIMES & SCHEDULING Highly variable and unpredictable. Ranges from 30 minutes to 24+ hours. Strict appointment enforcement with $78-$250 late fees, but facility doesn't always honor appointment times either. Early arrivals may be turned away or parked in back lot. STAFFING & ATTITUDE Staff generally polite and professional. Quality varies by shift — night shift reportedly slower and less organized than day shift. Some individual staff members consistently praised for helpfulness. Office appears understaffed and disorganized at times; gate security and yard driver often handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. PAYMENT & FEES Charges late fees without flexibility. Does not pay detention. Late fees appear non-negotiable regardless of circumstances.
