Have your license ready when you get out to talk to the guards. The don't let you in the gate except to turn around if you aren't at 0°F reefer temp. I was not able to cool my trailer down soon enough because the driver that had the trailer before me did not get it cleaned out before we switched. The washouts that were closer to me were closed. GUARDS: If someone has never been to your facility before, don't expect them to know what you have to do when you get there. Also, facility is clogged with trailers and not much room for drivers to move around in it.

Inconsistent directions from the office lady in the office is very rude and condescending I would avoid unless u really enjoy wasting your time

Hi everyone. For those doing this for the first time, I recommend ensuring your reefer tank is at least three-quarters full and the temperature is no higher than 5 degrees. Otherwise, they will send you to a fuel station; furthermore, if the temperature exceeds 30 degrees, they will reschedule your appointment.

This place is a fricking joke!!! Almost 5 hours after appointment now, and haven't even started loading me yet!!!! 310 cases and only 9 pallets, and the excuse is keep getting is that they have to scan every case. OK, so it takes that long to do that. They may want to think of hiring much more motivated employees then. Because if that is the case, I have NO IDEA, how they stay in business. Wow! Just wow. Smh Perhaps, just Perhaps, if supervisors weren't SITTING IN THE OFFICE, and actually working, things would get done. But, what do I know, just another dumb truck driver that was here AN HOUR EARLY for my appointment. Yes, I do my job, and do it well, wish it worked that way here, but NOPE
