CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Call security upon arrival at gate — they'll call you back when dock is ready. Have your 6-digit load/PO number, company name, truck/trailer number ready. Strict 1430 cutoff for loading — arrive even one minute late and you won't get loaded that day. Appointment required. LOAD TIMES Typically 20 minutes to 2 hours total (including scale, paperwork, loading, checkout). Generally efficient but occasional delays if backlog exists. TRAILER REQUIREMENTS Trailer must be clean — non-negotiable. Sweep-out station available on-site with dumpster if needed. They'll reject dirty trailers and send you to cleaning station, wasting time. FACILITY EXPERIENCE Staff and security consistently described as friendly, professional, nice. Overnight parking available on left side of property. Two porta-potties and hand-washing station on-site. Large grassy area. Deer on property. Landscaping well-maintained. SCALE OPERATIONS Gross weight only — axle weights available but you're on your own for that calculation. Scale staff on gypsum side reportedly arrives 45 minutes to 1 hour late despite 0730 opening time, creating unnecessary truck line delays. ACCESS Follow Rob Gandy Blvd and E Leonard St to avoid town routes and noise ordinance issues. E Moore St currently under repair — use Leonard instead. Gate with security. Easy navigation once inside. OTHER NOTES Shipping/receiving closes 1430. Multiple loads available (dry van, tanker, chemical). No issues reported with axle-outs on departure.
