Weight issues flagged repeatedly – facility loads overweight reefers; nearest certified scale 36 miles away. Drivers charged for rework or forced to return next day. Overnight parking available – space limited, lot floods/muddy when wet. Trailer drop area at back of facility. No restrooms on-site. Staff attitude mixed – receiving/office personnel range from very professional and friendly to rude and unhelpful. Inconsistent communication on rejections and chargebacks. Yard conditions poor – old facility (1940s), significant potholes, limited turn-around space, mud issues. Tight overall footprint. Operations open 7am–3pm – check-in at dock 14.
