Id much rather give these people-10 but 1star is the lowest i can give so ill add my 1star review to the many who have been messed around by this customer firts im here over 3 hours past my appointment time the reviews are totally accurate this place stinks they pull 1 pallet off every 45min to an hour so stop at the truckstop around the corner and get something to eat because you're definitely going to be here a while most of the 5star reviews probably had small loads because thats the only way i can see anyone in and out of here within 2 hours ill say this if us truck driver stopped hauling their trashy freight maybe thesw people would start respecting drivers time ill say this as far as me ill quit before i come back into this customer, take that to the bank
in at 6:30 am with 10 pallets and it’s 10:20 am and I still have a red light on, they gave me a door right away but the unloading process is very slow, stay away from this place, today was my first and last time here.
People at the gate were friendly ,People in receiving were friendly. Place is very big and easy for a truck to maneuver....just expect to be here for atleast 6hrs to get unloaded!!!
I’ve got no complaints. Everyone was nice and helpful from the guards at check in to the people in receiving. In and out in one hour on a live unload. The other trucks that came in after me were unloaded in about the same time if not sooner! I was a little concerned after reading the reviews but my experience was great and would del here again no problem.
