East pit down forces all traffic through west pit, creating backups. West pit has low clearance, not suited for longer trucks/trailers. Unloading typically fast once you're at the probe. Road to probe is rough and muddy in spots — needs grading. 200+ yards of mud and ruts before reaching probe area. Staff generally courteous and knowledgeable; mostly positive interactions. Great place to unload and load. Only down fall on the whole place is the lady that probes the trucks. She is mean and kinda crazy. Everyone else here is super nice n happy.

Need to learn how to load a hopper, they don't listen when you tell them how to load your trailer. They refuse to do it right
