APPOINTMENT REQUIRED Strictly appointment-based. Will not work you in early even if docks sit empty. Some staff enforce this rigidly; others more flexible. Call number posted on receiving door to check in. Don't remove the seal — facility will do it after inspection. WAIT TIMES: HIGHLY VARIABLE Range from 15 minutes to 18+ hours for a dock. Many reports of 2-6 hour waits. Some drivers report consistent 20-30 minute average; others hit brutal delays on same day of week. Understaffed (reports of only one loader). Quality of experience appears random. CHECK-IN & OPERATIONS Park in lot on left side or street. Walk to receiving office — separate building from shipping office. Call buzzer or posted number. Can check in early but won't get dock until appointment time (with rare exceptions). Live unload only — drop trailer, unhook, park on street/dirt lot, they call when done. FACILITY & PARKING Overnight street parking allowed but risky — cops patrol for no-parking violations. Dirt/gravel lot with large potholes and cracks. Portable toilets only. Very dusty and dirty conditions. Tight maneuvering space — employee parking blocks receiving doors. Lots of dropped trailers scattered around. STAFF ATTITUDE: MIXED Ranges from genuinely friendly and helpful to rude and dismissive. Some reports of disrespectful language, yelling, or ignoring drivers. Shipping office staff noted as particularly problematic by some; receiving office generally better. Language barriers reported as issue for some drivers. OTHER NOTES Two separate offices (shipping and receiving). Don't break the seal. Street parking unsafe per multiple reports. Prepare for long wait even if docks appear empty.
