  2 hours on delivery. Can check in early as 7am. They can go by appointment based on the day and numbers of trucks. Can park outside of the property. Plenty of space. No inside restrooms. Overall not bad experience.

  Nice view of our trailer from "up on the hill". Bring a vest. 10 mph in the yard. Receiving is by dock 80. Plenty of available street parking on Archbald Heights Road. Kind of steep near the driveway, but it's flat up on the east end. Super nice crew. We have an issue with our home time scheduling and even though our appointment is 8:15 pm they allowed my wife to check in 10 hours early so we can try getting home on time for some medical appointments. They're normally strict on appointments though. Hopefully we can get out of here early enough to get the next load and head home. There's plenty of free street parking on that road that goes around their building. We actually parked our bobtail directly above our trailer at dock 68. They'll tell you to park up here on the hill after dropping your trailer off at the assigned dock. They call you when it's finished.

  Check in was easier on the tablet than I thought. They already had my name in system once gave RS number. Reason for the 1 star, is HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET UNLOADED. I have been to WAY BETTER companies than this one. So yes, reviews say plan to be here and not have any other loads to PU. Appointment was 8:30am, STILL WAITING HOURS LATER! DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! I have seen 4 trucks leave who came in AFTER I WAS CHECKED IN. I DON'T CARE IF THEIR TRAILER MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN AS FULL AS MINE, I WAS FIRST AND ON TIME FOR MY DELIVERY! Sent them a message on their check in via chat around noon. Then all of a sudden got notified my trailer is done, and then a call came from lady inside. "Oh, we have been trying to reach you. Your trailer has been ready for 58 minutes. Reception must be bad" No crap, but I have been able to text, surf, and CALL my family while here. LIARS!!!!!! THEN FIX YOUR SERVICE TO INVLUDE WE LAY PEOPLE WHOM YOU DON'T GIVE A CRAP ABOUT. 4 HOURS PEOPLE, 4!!!!!! Finally left at 12:30pm. Hope I NEVER come back to you.

  Saludos cordiales En este lugar 1.- Ojo es con cita estricta 2.- Al llegar, tienes que ir a registrarte, es por medio de una tableta eléctronica, te piden los datos normales, camión, caja, Nombre, num de teléfono y P.O. 3.- una vez registrado, tienes que dejar los documentos en una especie de buzón que está aún costado de la tableta. 4.- te llegará un mensaje de texto confirmando tu registro. Si no te llega es por algo que este mal. 5.- al llegar el mensaje, teda las indicaciones de puerta y las instrucciones. 6.- tienes que entrar a la rampa, desenganchar y salir a esperar el mensaje de termino. 7.- una vez que terminan, te llega un mensaje de texto, vas por tu caja, los documentos estarán firmados en ella, será todo En mi experiencia, es una empresa que te atienden bien aún que todo fue por mensajes, la descarga duró 1:30 más o menos, solo hay baños portátiles y si pretendes llegar por la noche, puedes estacionar por la parte de afuera en la colina, ojo a tu cita pues no te atenderán antes Espero y sirva para un futuro
