Operations Appointment-only facility. Check-in early allowed, but unloading happens on appointment time, not first-come-first-served. Hours: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (no unloading after 1500). Mostly drop and hook available; live load capability inconsistent. Unload times highly variable: 10 minutes to 7+ hours. Most common range 30–75 minutes when running smoothly, but delays common. Appointment scheduling not consistently honored—drivers report being loaded out of order. Check-in procedures slow at times; 30–40 minute waits for receiving to clear doors and accept paperwork reported. Multiple businesses in same warehouse; shipping and receiving on opposite sides. Can be confusing to navigate. Dock locks and air line locks applied during unload; drivers required to remain in truck or vacate per facility rules (not always clearly communicated upfront). Red airline must be removed when backing into dock. Facility Experience Overnight parking available and confirmed by multiple drivers. Clean indoor bathrooms on-site, located near check-in office. Staff attitude: mostly friendly and professional, but significant complaints about dock door assignment person being disorganized, unprofessional, and not respecting appointment times. Yard conditions: large lot, easy access, plenty of space to back in, good lighting at night, generally well-organized facility. Staffing appears inconsistent; some days well-run, other days understaffed and chaotic. Staff not always responsive (reports of no one showing up to take BOL). Additional Notes Facility can be hit-or-miss depending on when you arrive and who's managing doors that day. Close to Love's and Sheetz. Easy to find; clear signage.
