Facility info

Drop and hook operation — disconnect trailer, they load it while you park bobtail in lot or nearby truck stop. Check-in process — Security inspects trailer first (rejects trailers with dents, holes, debris, damage, or if raining). Get slip with phone number/extension to call for updates. Report to shipping office for door assignment. Wait times are highly variable — Range from 1.5 hours to 7+ hours. Many reports of 5+ hour waits. Pattern of long delays between promised callback times (told to call back in 2 hours, nothing ready, told to call back again). Early arrivals sometimes get loaded quickly, sometimes get standard wait regardless. Appointments often meaningless — Multiple reports of arriving 1-3 hours early and getting loaded immediately, or arriving on time and waiting hours. Arriving even 1 minute late can trigger additional delays. Staff attitude is inconsistent — Range from friendly and professional to extremely rude. Specific complaints about rudeness in shipping office and at gate. Some positive mentions of specific individuals being helpful. Trailer handling concerns — Multiple reports of facility moving trailers without driver knowledge or permission. One report of improper loading (double-stacked pallets to ceiling). One report of yard driver refusing to assist with stuck landing gear. Facility conditions — Described as organized and "very beautiful" by some. Bobtail parking is regular lot in front of building (not dedicated truck parking). No overnight parking. Restrooms available and reported as clean. Trailer requirements — Must be clean with no holes, nails, or debris. Drivers report trailers rejected for minor damage or weather-related wetness. Communication problems — No reliable phone contact number. Difficult to get clear explanations of requirements or status.
