Facility info

Check-in & Operations Appointment required—strictly enforced. Check in at guard shack. Slide tandems at guard shack. Currently receiving at dock doors 40-45. Park in facility lot after check-in; staff calls when door is ready. Drop off BOL at trailer rear, retrieve after unload. 30-minute early arrival preferred; don't arrive significantly early. Unload Times Highly inconsistent. Some reports: 30 minutes, under an hour, quick turnarounds. Others: 3-4 hours, 6+ hours. Speed appears dependent on staffing levels and workload. Facility is new (as of late 2024) and still ramping up operations—receiving crew reportedly understaffed for current volume. Facility Conditions Brand new, clean, well-maintained warehouse. Massive lot with plenty of current space. Guard shack reportedly slow and disorganized at times; procedures change frequently. Overnight Parking No overnight parking. Hard stop. Nonrefrigerated loads may get exception on rare occasion (freezing risk), but don't count on it. Loves truck stop ~1.5 miles away. Staff & Attitude Mixed reports. Some praise professionalism and flexibility; others cite slow, unorganized operations. No clear standard operating procedures. Safety/Logistics Break seal at guard shack. This is a new facility still working out kinks. Expect inconsistency while they scale up.

Patria y vida

Many posts proclaim no overnight parking. Nevertheless, I had to try. Met with success with nonrefrigerated product. Awoke to tapping on driver's door for paperwork. Unloading was a bit slow, but I'm not complaining. I am happy I didn't have to struggle to find parking at nearby truck stops and rest areas. Thanks Coca Cola Consolidated!! I'm editing this post today to explain why I was allowed to dock overnight. Because my load was not refrigerated, Coca Cola did not want it to freeze during those nasty cold nights. My doors were open to allow the warehouses heat to flood the trailer and thereby save/preserve the integrity/quality of the product. I have not been permitted to park overnight since.
