Live load/unload: Highly variable — 30 minutes to 9+ hours. Staff willing to convert live loads to drop-and-hook if possible. Seal verification can be slow. Appointments don't always guarantee timely dock access. Drop and hook: Generally faster, under 1 hour reported frequently. Receiving closes 10:45pm M-F; weekend drop box at Door 54. Wait times: Inconsistent. Some drivers report in-and-out in 45 minutes; others wait 4-9 hours for loading to even start. Many complain dock assignment delays and long waits once assigned. Wait times have improved at newer location (6100 Collings Dr). Overnight parking: Available. Plenty of space to maneuver and park. Facility: Clean, massive warehouse with good maneuvering room. Bathrooms available (one location has portable potty only). Staff: Mixed reports. Some describe receiving/shipping staff as friendly and courteous; others report unprofessional, slow, or rude staff. Yard drivers helpful on drop-and-hook procedures. Gate access: New entrance off Collings Rd behind Coca-Cola; exit on Rohr Rd. Gate code required — coordinate with your company. Bottom line: Facility is clean with good parking, but loading speed is unreliable. Give yourself extra time and patience. Newer 6100 Collings location appears to run faster.
